This year's prestigious ceremony took place yesterday at the Lancaster Hotel in London and once again the £200m St Stephen's development impressed judges with its significant contribution towards Hull's regeneration which has not only dramatically expanded the city's shopping and leisure offer but has boosted the city centre's early evening economy.
