Healthy Workplace Awards Scheme

The Healthy Workplace Awards Scheme is an award scheme developed by NHS North Lincolnshire and adopted by NHS Hull, which acknowledges and recognises organisations that show that they value workplace health. The scheme rewards the efforts and achievements of organisations in building a healthy workforce, a healthy workplace and a healthy organisation.

There are three levels of award: Bronze, Silver and Gold. For each level there is a set of core and additional criteria. This means that progress through the award levels can be tailored to meet the needs of your workplace. Working through each level will give you a plan of action to improve health in your organisation.

It is likely that you have already achieved some of the criteria and as a result could soon qualify for an award and progress to the next level. Public Health at NHS Hull will be happy to advise you on the various ways in which you can meet the required criteria.
