View the first edition of IoD Connect

The East Yorkshire and Humber branch of the Institute of Directors has published the first edition of its 'Connect' e-magazine.

Richard Tuplin, Chairman of IoD Humber and Busines Forum Steering Group member, provides the introduction to the newsletter which also includes details of a number of high profile events including a networking event with Hull City Chairman Adam Pearson and a debate on the region's economy with Hull City Council Chief Executive Nicola Yates and Leader of East Riding Council Stephen Parnaby. 

The newsletter also confirms political broadcaster Andrew Neil as the guest speaker at the Humber Luncheon which will mark the begining of Buisness Week 2010 in June.

The IoD Yorkshire Region has almost 2,500 members with active branches in South, East, West and North Yorkshire. A lively programme of local and regional events is staged for members and guests around the county including Hull. Many of the the events are open to non-members as well as members.
